Seki Magoroku Kinju and Hekiju kitchen knives are especially light in the hand and allow for precision cutting. While the two blades in the Hekiju series are specifically made for left-handed users, the seven blades in the Kinju series are appropriate for right-hand users. Four Kinju Deba knives and three Yanagiba filleting knives (available in various sizes) for raw meat and raw fish are part of the Kinju line. There are two Debas and one Yanagiba in the Hekiju series. Remarkably durable and highly functional kitchen knives are the Seki Magoroku Kinju and Hekiju models. The traditional Japanese blade shape and the straightforward black handle combine to create a classic, minimalist look.
