Patis Decor Pearl sugar large 250g


Coarse pearl sugar (diameter +/- 1 cm) is the sugar used to make Liège waffles, cramiques, Christmas shells, brioches, and other cookies and pastries.
Granulated sugar withstands baking and remains white and even.
Easy to use, simply stir it directly into the batter or sprinkle it on top before or after baking.
Pearl sugar is a subtle blend of crunch and softness. It is obtained by agglomerating, grinding, and calibrating No. 1 granulated sugar.
Ingredients: White sugar.
May contain traces of soy, milk, egg, gluten, nuts, sulfites, and gluten.
Dimensions: Diameter +/- 10 mm.
Store away from heat and humidity. Avoid thermal shock.
